Having spent most of his professional career living and working in New York City, Brian has advised companies across the U.S. and globally. Brian’s unique expertise in advising multinational corporations, private equity firms, and family-owned businesses through his exceptional attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to navigate intricate and highly complex deal structures has distinguished him in the industry.

This experience provided him with a deep understanding of cross-border transactions, cultural nuances, and M&A strategies, enabling him to guide clients through the complexities of international M&A markets.

Brian is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is currently married to his wonderful wife, Lorraine, and is a father to two boys, Cole and Finn.
