Ed has spent the past 15 years advising on various corporate finance mandates such as M&A and capital raising transactions for growth stage companies, as well as complex recapitalization and restructuring transactions.

Prior to making the transition to corporate finance, Ed began his career as a management consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Economic Business Analysis team. Ed then joined the Recapitalization and Restructuring Groups of Imperial Capital and Gleacher & Co., both in New York City, where he advised debtors and creditors on large and complex restructuring transactions. Prior to joining EO Advisors, Ed advised growth stage software and tech-enabled services companies on M&A and capital raising transactions with Marks Baughan Securities in suburban Philadelphia.
